Just called to complain about one of their drivers driving erratically and nearly hitting us and they keep hanging up... on us after saying they will transfer us to their safety department. I cannot believe they have such unprofessional office personnel. Be careful with this company they apparently do not care about safety of other drivers.read more
This is a company that's got nice equipment and the equipment is not safe.. they've got their trucks covered over 80... miles an hour and it's more or less putting a loaded gun in a child's hand today I watched one of their drivers not only red meat or under the shoulder and onto the grass as he was passing me once I got back out on the road I watched him run for other cars and one truck onto the shoulder I called six times to talk to their safety department and was hung up on because I can hear the voice in the background leave me alone screaming at the phone as I was trying to get them to call the driver and make them aware about how unsafe he was driving. Companies like this need to be put out of business plain and simple you don't hand an 85 mile an hour truck do it driver that's got no experience and to be honest even guys with the experience don't need to be running at 85 miles an hour I ended up having to call the policeread more
One of their drivers just caused an enormous traffic jam on I25 North just South of Fountain Colorado. A car accident... and a few cars overheated due to this driver deciding to take "traffic control" into their hands. Leave policing to the police, focus on your job and make your deliveries on time for a change.read more
As far as being late, I am a new driver and actually delivered a residential load ONE DAY EARLY, and in a circumstance... most drivers would have avoided. Load to Ride, like most carriers, are run by a team of people trying to do the best they can. Trucking and delivery as a whole is unpredictable and we can't always get what we want, it's ideal but not always 100 percent guaranteed. I made two customers really happy yesterday and I think I speak for a lot of my co workers and say I take pride in my work!read more
I called on April 1,2021 at 12.18 to complain about a driver. Truck #818. We were on I 25 around 84th and till I got... off at 104th. This occurred around 12.10 that day. In traffic your driver is very aggressive by tailgating. No reason for your driver not to leave at the least a 2 second gap. Not less than a than half of car length or less. I was not the only car he tailgated. It is a good way for someone to get a new car, I suggest you give him classes on the Smith system and driving in traffic. Before he hurts someone.
It was good of Rick in Denver safety to call me back, wait he must be fed up with complaints about poor drivers. He never called, so I don't think he even talked to the driver about his or poor drivingread more
While traveling in our Ford SUV towing a utility trailer on I 70 West through Indianapolis IN we were attempting to... change lanes to exit at the same time this Load To Ride LTR behemoth tractor trailer semi was changing lanes. OBVIOUSLY the driver did NOT appreciate our transition to the same lane and pulled back out to take the outside lane for the exit. As the driver approached our driver’s side he went over the line and into our lane as a clear sign of aggression and rage. My husband, an experienced driver and military combat pilot, was able to escape and evade his aggression without damage to our SUV or injury to us. At that moment I used my cell phone to begin photographing the truck which continued to speed ahead as of to out run my camera. This driver is dangerous and should be reprimanded and or removed from the cockpit.read more
So far, so good. I've been a driver since 2000.pulled a little bit of everything, Van's, Reefers, flats, steps and... double drop RGN'S. I'm 3rd generation so been in and around the industry my hole 45 years. Just started 2 weeks ago, so can not really comment on much other then trucks are nice. They are governed at 75mph and not sure about all, but mine has a 12 speed auto that I love. 9 speed, straight and super 10, 13 and 18 speed manuals... been there done that not interested in going back to a manual. So far pulled 3 trailers and just about 6000 hub miles no issues. Straight out and backs from Denver with dropping the back hauls at the terminal and hooking to my out bound and rolling. Smallest out bound length of hall was 1250 miles and longest is my multiple stop headed to Maryland which is a little over 1600 miles to first stop. Not a bad weekend run 😉read more
If you need a company to arrive on time and with functional lift gates, take your biz elsewhere. Their drivers are... great, but LTR equipment has had spotty lift gate reliability. Used carrier multiple times with 50% success rate, causing my business to scramble for last second fork lifts. Also, LTR is always late. Not 30 minutes late, but 3-5 hours late. Often.read more

They will short your paycheck on a consistant basis, they will also find a reason to take your final paycheck. If they... can avoid reimbursing something as petty as a $2.00 scale ticket, they will. Greedy owner, I should've listened to what other drivers warned, don't be like me, listen. There is a reason they list ads for drivers so frequently. Email me for questions before making the mistake of driving for this company, unlike this company, I care about drivers. I can steer you towards numerous other quality trucking outfits in Denver and surrounding areas. Also shippers beware, their philosophy is, book the load first, worry about the customer needs last. I fielded numerous angry complaints as a driver because it is a lot easier to promise the world from behind a computer, then ask a driver to solve problems they overlooked upon booking.
Response to owner:
Never received a DIME for final trip(3600+ miles), or a final paycheck, bold lie. That alone should be your red flag drivers, one party is a lying scumbag, black and white. I would like to see the proof they have. Yes I threw blank paperwork on the owners desk being fed up with short paychecks week after week, and said you "fill it out", thank God they fired me for it. Had a tiff with manager, you got rid of manager and kept me, why if I was so terrible? I quit and came back once not three times(another lie). Why would they rehire me 3 times if I was so bad anyway, must not have been as bad as they say.
Drivers beware: I am only posting to help you out, I have a new job and am much happier, just want you to avoid their BS, they are great salesman, see through their fake smiles and low character, they are liars with no moral compass. Again email me with any questions you have about anything, we have to look out for each other out here.
